    92980200 - EV Safe Comprehensive Rescue Kit EV-SAFE provides real-time battery status verification and four-wheel lockout for electric and hybrid vehicles, helping prevent unintended movement and supporting safer incident response, recovery, transport, and repair operations. Due to the high-voltage components used in EV and hybrid propulsion systems, including batteries, electric motors, and inverter/converter units, these vehicles present unique safety risks that require continuous monitoring and control.  Vehicle Movement Lockout: Mechanically locks all four wheels to prevent accidental vehicle movement during rescue operations. High-Voltage Safety Verification: Performs electrical isolation testing to ensure the safety of the vehicle’s high-voltage system and protect electric and hybrid vehicle control units. Clear Visual Safety Indicators: Integrated LED status indicators and roof mounted LED light bank provides instant & clear visual feedback. Continuous Temperature Monitoring: Checks charging port and chassis temperatures every 5 seconds to detect overheating or battery instability. Ground Discharge System: Optional grounding/discharge cable for additional operational safety. Supports slow charging and vehicle maintenance charging via standard 230V AC mains supply. Real-Time Wi-Fi Monitoring: Built-in Wi-Fi interface enables live monitoring and status updates through a web-based application.
